Description
English owned villa with just four letting apartments on the beautiful sandy Meia Praia beach. Set in a quiet location, yet only 3 km from the historic town of Lagos with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, splendid restaurants and magnificent marina. The apartments are different in shape, but similar in design with lots of typical dark wood Portugese furnishings. The villa has its own private swimming pool and a barbecue and seating area for many a splendid evening wining and dining beneath the setting sun.
Changeover day
Saturday is our changeover day, but we can be flexible out of season.
Accommodation Apartment A (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)
One twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dresser and a safe and doors leading out to a private side patio.
Bathroom with wash hand basin, wc, bidet and bath with shower over.
Hallway leading to open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with sofa bed and pull out bed, dining table and breakfast bar, sink unit, fridge and four ring cooker with oven.
Doors leading to a small south facing veranda with table and chairs overlooking the pool.
Apartment B (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

Apartment D (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)
Apt D is for 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years.
Children under 10 years free of charge. Children over 12 years or extra adults have a daily supplement of £5.
There are 3 bedrooms. One twin, one double with balcony and sea views and one childrens room with sofa bed and pull out bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dresser and one safe.

Lounge with three piece suite, open fireplace and balcony with sea views.

The price includes:- Weekly change of bed linen and towels. Weekly cleaning. Electricity, water and gas. Cot and highchair for babies.
Outside
There is a good sized private swimming pool 12 x 5 metres with communual sun loungers and an excellent barbecue with seating. Pleasant gardens surround the villa and there is ample off road parking.The pool is gated and the grounds are fully enclosed and gated.
