Consultations in the Algarve, near Lagos, Albufeira and Faro. Also in Porto, near Antas and in Lisbon, metro Alameda. Self Development consultant, parenting support, non-violent communication, assertiveness, anger management, coping with stress, conflict resolution in the family, at work and schools. €40 per 1 hour sessions (€50 in Lisbon). 50% discount for students, unemployed, low income.
