Wine Tasting Tours Algarve is run by Steve and Christina, a South African couple for whom wine is a passion. Having discovered the excellent wines of the Algarve region, they decided to share their knowledge and enthusiasm with visitors to this lovely area.

We offer several different guided tours. You can visit some of the local, prize winning vineyards.
One nestled in magnificent countryside and the other boasting unique Portuguese architedture of the bygone day, the wineries producing red, white and rose wines in the Algarve region are surely the best kept secrets of Portugal.

You will discover how new technology compliments traditional wine making methods to produce some of the best wines in Europe. You will be both enlightened and amazed by the incomparable experience of wine tasting and your new found knowledge in the art of wine making.

There is a fascinating tour of the Cork Museum in Silves, housed in the Fábrica do Inglés. The Algarve produces some of the best quality cork in the world, and here you can learn how the bark is harvested from the trees and then transformed into many different products.

We also offer a west coast sunset tours to Sagres and Cape St. Vincent, Europe's most south-westerly tip. Visit the Fortaleza in Sagres where Prince Henry the Navigator, one of Portugal's greatest heroes lived.
